Every care has been taken by Dee Sports to ensure that details, specifications and descriptions of goods on offer on this site are as accurate as possible. It may be a case where a manufacturer has updated a product but the image is still of the original object.  All prices displayed on Dee Sports site include VAT. Prices may be subject to alteration without prior notice .Dee Sports cannot accept any liability for the accuracy or content of any other website with links into or out from this site.
It is your responsibility to ensure that you have the necessary training and qualifications from a recognised training and certification organisation to purchase and use certain products featured on Dee Sports website. For instance, the use of scuba equipment by untrained and unqualified persons is dangerous and could result in serious injury.

All our products are obtained from official UK manufacturers or distributors, and come with full manufacturers warranties.  All products conform to all relevant British and European standards.
Goods will be dispatched after payment has been cleared, usually the same day, or for orders received late in the day then first thing the following day. All payments are secure and processed at present by PAYPAL.  Dee Sports takes great care to insure that you receive goods in perfect condition. In the unlikely event that your parcel arrives damaged, do not accept delivery without checking that the contents are complete and undamaged. If it appears the goods may have been damaged in transit please notify the carrier and Dee Sports as soon as possible. 
You have the right to cancel your order before dispatch and receive a full refund.

RETURNING UNWANTED, WRONG SIZE OR FAULTY GOODS
Before returning any items for whatever reason Dee Sports must be notified and the method of return agreed. When returning goods please enclose your contact details including a day time phone number, email address, and a note detailing the reason for return together with a copy of your original invoice.
If any goods are faulty or not as ordered please contact Dee Sports immediately on discovering the fault.Faulty goods can be returned to Dee Sports for a refund ( please note above.... before returning any items ) If replacement is required Dee Sports will ship you a replacement product. Please note that if any faults arise after the goods have been used this may require the goods to be returned to the manufacturer for warranty confirmation before a refund or replacement can be issued.
You may cancel your order, for any reason, at any time up to 14 days after you received the goods and receive a full refund ( less delivery costs ). If you cancel the order you will be required to return the goods to Dee Sports. You will be responsible for the cost of return for cancelling orders when the goods are as ordered. Until the goods are returned you have a duty to take reasonable care of the goods. The goods are to be returned unused in the original packaging with labels and any warranty details and instructions which are included with the product.

The products ordered will be described on the order page ( and invoice ) together with the price including VAT and delivery charges.
